Y3 Visit to the Synagogue

Year 3 went on a tour of the Hampstead Synagogue. They were able to see and wear the traditional modest clothing worn in the Synagogue. They got to open the Ark and Torah Scrolls. A yad was used when they heard the Torah Scrolls being sung. They learned about the day of Shabbat and what is conducted on the special day.
