Invitation for OLSJ Parents’ Association AGM
The OLSJ Parents’ Association (PA) is pleased to invite all PA members to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, 12th July 2023 at Our Lady and St Joseph Church Hall, 100a Balls Pond Road, London N1 4AG.
The evening will start at 18.30 with the PA’s AGM, followed by drinks and snacks.
As a parent or guardian of a child attending Our Lady and St. Joseph Primary School (OLSJ), you are a part of the PA, and are invited and encouraged to attend its annual meeting.
At the AGM you will hear what the PA has achieved and how the funds you have helped to raise have been used for the benefit of our children. You will also be invited to vote for our PA adopting a constitution compliant with charity law and, in accordance with that Constitution, to elect PA Committee members for the 2023/2024 academic year, who will be responsible for the PA adherence to the law, on behalf of its members. As always, you will have the chance to share your experience, talent and ideas to make our PA and our community better.
